Captain Joe Sr. is the owner and lead captain of Belize Candace Fish and Reef Tours. A lifelong local who grew up on the island, he developed his skills from a young age, gaining first-hand knowledge and experience from the elder fishermen he grew up watching and learning from. With years of hands-on experience on the water, Captain Joe brings deep knowledge of the reef, fishing grounds, and hidden gems. Known for his professionalism, patience, and friendly nature, he is dedicated to ensuring every trip is safe, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.
Geraldine is the sister of the owner of Belize Candace Fish and Reef Tours and a certified scuba diver with a deep love for the ocean. As locals who grew up on the island, she and her family bring authentic knowledge and genuine Belizean hospitality to every guest experience. Geraldine manages bookings with care, ensuring each trip is smooth, personal, and unforgettable.
Joe Jr. is the deckhand at Belize Candace Fish and Reef Tours, following in the footsteps of his family. Growing up on the island and spending his early years on the water, he developed a natural connection to the sea and learned valuable skills from an early age. Friendly and hardworking, he plays an important role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest.
